What a wonderful opportunity! You can look at this as a lucky break that many people could never dream of. Change is always unsettling but usually afterwards we wonder why we felt that way.

Now I'm not saying throw caution to the wind. You have lots of good ideas that others here have made, to start making a plan from. Going there and really looking around and talking to people is the next step.
What ever you decide to do Matthew just remember you can always change your mind. To do nothing, is to go no where in life. So get busy and check out everything you can.

So do a lot of reading and talk about it. We may not know all the answers but we're good listeners (readers).
