that the driver was already out of the cab as i fumbled for some dough... My blurred vision finally cleared & i could see him being questioned by a member of the LV Taxi Cab Authority. I got out and waited for their little conversation to be over while the LVTCA deputy wrote something on a 'pad of paper' and mumbled something like 'Maryland Parkway Strip Tropicana Decatur Sunset'... but i didnt care, i was at the Circus Circus!!
Finally the driver told me "the fare is eight dollars sir, no tip is necessary". I gave him eight dollars & toked him a drink coupon for Harrah's Atlantic City.
