I do my best to offer as much detail as i can without going over the line of a lengthy novel. I bet one of these days someone will publish a book with legendary trip reports, he he he.
Regarding the buffets... if i have never ate there...
1) walk in (often thru the exit aisle)
2) take a look at the offerings without interupting the persons already there
3) if it looks fair to bad... i'll walk out (no money lost, no worries)
4) if it looks good to great... i'll walk out and get in the entrance line to pay.
Chancer... I of course wont sample any food or talk to any of the wait-staff. Hope that clears it up for you.
