College Football Picks for the Weekend (Championship Games)

I still do not have anything set in stone yet, I got a late start with my analysis of some of the games. Here are a couple early leans for me:

USC -21 over UCLA - UCLA keeps it close, USC then runs it up and brings in their backups who are just as good or better than UCLAs starter. No spoiler here.

FSU +14 over Virginia Tech - I know, I know FSU has burnt me almost 5 times this weekend. But VT always has trouble with the FL teams..

SFlorida +9 over West Virginia - West Va is already in BCS game, they pull their starters in the 2nd quarter. SFlorida is ready. Jump all over this if it moves to +10 (which it probably won't)

Texas vs Colorado Under 60.5 - Public is huge on the over, Colorado trys to slow the Texas offense by running the ball. Texas gets a nice lead and pulls starters, runs the ball to kill time and coast into the National Title.

These are just leans right now.. Adding more later, tommorrow should be fun.

Love the under.Thanks for the analysis. I too am going with S Fla. This is an ant-public bid.Would love to see at +10 so am waiting to game time.Pitt went to S Fla last year in a similar situation and covered. While BCS locked up still need a win to show you belong. Going with USC as public money all over UCLA plus the points but spread going up. Books must want more money on UCLA .Why? taking USC here.

Forget my logic on the UCLA/USC Game .Spread has dropped from 22.5 to 21 which I took at even.
