Default Harrah's and all the 'Comps' Mergers

I found this in Jeffery Compton/Bob Dancer's Dec. 23 'Players Edge' RJ.
The Connection Club slot club at Paris and Bally's will be absorbed into Harrah's Total Reward club on Jan. 17. On Feb. 14, Caesars Palace will follow suit. Hosts at the three properties are suggesting to their members that they cash out their points before the systems are merged. According to the official explanation from Harrah's available at www.harrahs.com/merger/faq.html, this isn't necessary because the cash will be mailed to you within a few weeks after each system is absorbed.

Was told that it would be a very good idea to cash out everything you could. Use the comps and get your cash back before Jan 1. This info was from a host in Tunica.

So who knows????

Well, you're not going to get any CASH out of McHarrah's.
If you let it ride and take your chances on your comp dollars,
they send you a coupon for your value to be used at the property
your card is at.
