I got ripped off by Bill Ryan

BEWARE trading coupons with a character named Bill Ryan. He contacted me thru this site. He did not uphold his end on a coupon trade we both agreed to. I sent him the coupons and received nothing in return from him. He also lurks around on the Las Vegas Advisor Forums.

I'm Bill Ryan and I have no idea what this person is talking about.
I checked my emails and have no record of communication with a huggy1.
I sent him a pm several weeks ago asking him what I was supposed to send him but it evidently wasn't even opened.
I'm not sure what else I can say, or do at this point.
