I arrive Friday at 3pm

Just booked flight for March 25 to March 30.
Such a nice feeling to have at least that part taken care of.
Now the count down begins. Less than 3 months. hip hip hurrah

Sounds like that will be a blast. 17 is a huge group, and 8 first timers, wow!

This Thursday I have a pre-trip cocktail party at my house...my wife and I will do a little Vegas insider seminar, I'll let everyone know our schedule (which always includes 8+ hours gambling), and we'll book some things.

I love taking folks with us, especially first timers.

bigray, I hope the trip works out well with that many people. I was the person taking a bunch of new and fairly new people a couple of years ago and it didn't work out very well.

They kept insisting I make the plans as I was the "expert". We had a couple of pre-Vegas meetings ect. Told everyone the plan but everything was very loose. Insisted if someone didn't want to do certain things that we could all just meet up later or not.

Still didn't work well.
