If it were 4 to a royal, it'd be an easy choice. I'm not sure the payoff is there with an SF though to make it worth losing the flush. I keep the flush.

OK, I'm sure nobody cares about the answer quite this much but...

If you drop the king, the probabilities on the next card are (for 9-6 JoB):
2 cards that can complete the SF and pay 50
6 remaining hearts to give you a flush for 6
6 remaining cards to complete the straight for 5
and 33 "rats!" cards that give you zip.

Do the math and your average return is 3.5 credits vs the 6 you'd get for standing pat, so I'd stay. If you were drawing to a Royal instead, the avg return would be 6.5 to 8 credits (inside vs. outside straight), so I'd draw to it.

There. It's out of my head now. LOL.

btw: tough choice, but some awesome prawns at the Palm in Caesars have me saying -- cold shrimp
