Default RIO CHANGING HANDS?

I was at the RIO all last week. Friday morning, while packing up
to check out, KLAS Chan.8 local Television News anounced a
'Breaking News' story...
In an about face financial decision to releave the congestion of their recent
purchases, Marilyn G. Winn, Senior Vice President of Las Vegas Operations
at Harrahs Entertainment has anounced the pending sale of their
flagship RIO property to Brigham Young University.

Brigham Young, leader of the Morman Church and architect of the Morman
colonization of Navada......a University spokesperson anounced, wants to
re establish it's claim to Las Vegas in efforts to safeguard Morman prosperity
and polygamy by maintaining a sanctuary of isolation at the RIO.

Few plans were anounced, other than the acceptance by the Nevada
State Gaming Commission for the elimination of gaming and the sale of
alchohol on the multi achered property.

To supplement the revenue loss, the University has agreed to donate an
undisclosed amount of money generated by the conversion of the RIO's
Masquerade Village into the new 'TEMTATION TOURIST TEMPLE',
the Mezzanine level CHIPPENDALES SHOWROOM into the polygamy themed
'GET 'em YOUNG WEDDING CHAPEL', and in direct competition to the
SIGFRIED and ROY SECRET GARDEN (still limping along at the Mirage),
the transformation of the entire five swimming pool and sandy beach area
into the 'SEAGULL and CRICKET WILDLIFE HABITAT'.

TOO BAD/SO SAD...guess I'll have to change my 'username' now huh!
