Default MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND

ANY 3 DAY WEEKEND PLANS?
I'm going to (you know where) next weekend, so I
have a few things to do around the cottage before I leave...
Fix a broken florescent light fixture in the kitchen, cut up a
small tree that fell over in the back yard, and most important.....
FIGURE OUT WHERE I'M GOING TO GET THE MONEY TO PLAY WITH!

I need to get out to a store this weekend and buy some hurricane supplies. Florida has a tax free week for hurricane supplies that ends Sunday or Monday. I hope I won't need any of these supplies, but when June 1 rolls around, we Floridians get a bit nervous. I definitely won't be going to the beach this weekend -- too many tourists.

Now that's one thing I'm grateful I don't have to shop for...(hurricane supplies)
Going to a family cookout tomorrow. Always a good time with the nuts around here.
Have a nice weekend everyone.

My plans have changed! A friend called and we are going to drive over to Biloxi tonight and gamble through the night, then come home tomorrow mid-day. There are only three casinos open there at the present time, but slots are slots. Besides, I have $30 of free play that I can use.

I finally made it to SC. We arrived and I was unpacking when we got a call from our realtor. Our house sold! It went on the market that morning and by afternoon we got the first offer and a couple hrs. later got the second offer.

Heading back to Michigan to get moved. We have to go back home via NC to work on our friends home. Needless to say a very busy week-end.

well done De

that house must have been very well priced

I know how that 'goes' - when my parent sold their home back in the 80's. It had it's first showing on a saturday at noon... and by 4pm was sold. Things get hairy if they want an escrow in a quick fashion.

boxes
tape
moving
yikes
