I now remember that someone said they serve Spam (the meat) at the California in downtown Vegas. The California appeals to a large asian/hawian crowd.

Can any vouch for this?

the large hotel properties use it for PuPu's...(hors doeuvres)

Fremont's "Lanai Express" serves Spam Musubi, which is a spam sushi roll.
Vegas Club's Upper Deck reportedly also serves spam.
