thunder & lightning lit up the sky....

when i made my last trip to the 'bins' to empty debris (outside at work), the skies were dark and very gloomy at 615pm....

when i went to go home.... the skies opened up with rain & lightning gave a 'show' ... now i'm home at 10pm ----- the news says red rock canyon has a FIRE brewing!

Had two hail storms in Aug that did lots of damage to houses and cars. Today had a down pour of rain that lasted about half an hour.

I just saw a little bit of lightning last Wed. night.....not the display
I was hoping for. From my RIO room, up high, watching the lightning
is great!
My Thurs. morning news said the Red Rock fire was under control...
