Question on using coupon

Using the ACG coupons, how often are you asked for the card? Are you more likely to be asked if there are four of you using the same type of coupons at one time? i.e. at a blackjack table and four of you use a matchplay.

On the POV coupons, am I correct that there is not a card you might have to show? Do you have to take the book with you and tear them out of the book when you present them?
