POV is for the Las Vegas Advisor's Pocketbook of Values (cost $35 but well worth it) for details see:

Anthony Curtis' Las Vegas Advisor

ACG is for the American Casino Guide (cost around $15 but also well worth it; however, I don't think you will be able to find/get one for 2008) for details see:

Online Casino Guide and Directory: Las Vegas Casinos Information and Reviews.

Not sure but I think RJ is for the Las Vegas Review Journal (a newspaper/magazine which often has some good coupons in it) for details see:

ReviewJournal.com - Las Vegas News, Business, Entertainment Information

MP is short for a Match Play coupon.

Good luck!

A search (Google or otherwise) should yield a number of purchase sites such as Amazon.com, Buy.com, Overstock.com, etc. Note although you can pre-order now, the publisher's release date is Nov 15, 2008 so it won't be shipped until after that date.
