Been having trouble getting tickets to Elton John's hot Vegas show, "The Red Piano"? I can identify. But now we can avoid the high prices and crowds and instead enjoy an abbreviated version on NBC.
Elton's concert, currently performing about 75 shows a year at Caesars Palace, will be broadcast on NBC on Dec. 14 with footage from the show and special videos created just for the TV broadcast. Justin Timberlake and Pamela Anderson (performing a pole dance, no less) will make special appearances.

I'm real curious to see how his Show looks on TV.
For those who have never seen RED PIANO live, you'll get a little taste of what the Show offers, but there's NO WAY you'll you'll get the feel of it off the tube. The HUGE stage with it's GIANT LED screen, the large video screens Right and Left, the Neon all over the stage, THE BAND, the lights, the GIANT inflateables the grow all over the stage and out of the walls... You won't even notice Pam's live breas......well, her two largest assects compared to the HUMUNGUS ones they've replicated and drop from the Left side of the Colosseum (doubt we'll see that on TV anyway) and Justin...Justin can just stay home for all I care... It could be a real good Show if it's not too corporate entertainmentized. If nothing else, it'll put me in the mood to see it again...workin' on #4! |

Yeah, you won't get the same experience live but should still be entertaining.
I wonder if they will have it in HDTV? That would be really cool!
