Oh, my aching body!

I was off work yesterday (Friday), so I spent most of the day doing yard work. I mowed the front and back lawns, trimmed bushes and edged. I have 7 bags of clippings from bushes. Today, I can hardly move. I think I'm getting too old for this.

Maybe if they put a slot machine on a treadmill we could all get into shape. :wink:
