Best Restaurants?

I'm going to Las Vegas next month and am curious what the best restaurants are around town. I looked up a couple places on SneakySunday.com but was curious if y'all had any suggestions. Is Olives pretty good? It was highly recommended.

The Buffet bars at the Bellagio and MGM Grand are really good.

If you like prime rib there is a place called Lawrey's Prime Rib it is on Flamingo Rd. We have been there a couple times and have always had great meal and great service. They serve your meal tableside out of a rolling cart, your rib is carved fresh. Enjoy

I just had brunch on Sunday at Bellagio's Buffet. It was GREAT!

Yeah, Olives is quiet nice. I think I like Raffles better at the Mandalay Bay though.

I highly recommend N9NE Steakhouse, the food there is great. Not only do they have great food but the atmosphere is fun and exciting. Really gives you a great feel for Vegas. It's an American steakhouse, with a diverse menu which includes both sirloin and sashimi. N9NE Steakhouse gives off a very hip and cool vibe, if that interests you, then this is the restaurant for you.
