#1 - Harrah's Food Voucher Specials
You go to the Total Rewards Center or other area designed in the casino for the free 1 million dollar "rewards card swipe". The employees there will also give you a slip of paper with an ink stamp of the casino logo on it. Take that same slip of paper to the other casinos and have the employee ink stamp their logo on it. Once you have 3 stamps they will give you a $10 voucher. Once you have 6 stamps on the paper you will get an additional $20 voucher. All the stamps need to be on the same slip of paper.
If you don't already have a rewards card you can sign up at any casino. It is free.
The six casinos are Harrah's, Flamingo, Ballys, Paris, Caesars & Rio. All are within easy walking distance except for the Rio.
One other thing is that the promotion only runs from 12-5pm daily.

Luxor Getaway specials is a great package for July trips. The goodies which are the best ones I have seen in a while for a Luxor package are: $30 dining credit at Fusia or Luxor Steakhouse, $20 Spa credit towards Spa Services, 2-for-1 Oasis Spa Admission, $10 free slot play credit, and 2-for-1 IMAX Movies. Limtied dates, but July has a bunch of dates.

#4 - Ellis Island Steak Special for $4.95
No coupon needed! Easily one of best dining bargains in Las Vegas. The special is a 10-ounce filet-cut steak dinner at Ellis Island, the casino at the Super 8 Motel on Koval near E. Flamingo (Walking distant from the Strip, behind Ballys). It’s served with salad, vegetable, potato, garlic bread, and rolls for $4.95, 24 hours a day. But it’s not on the menu, just ask your server for the "Steak Special".

These low rates are for the World Deluxe Rooms. The only catch here is that is has to be booked by July 4th. Most people will be reading this after the 4th. I have a feeling that you call and ask for the special you might still be able to get it. Say something like you are having "internet problems" or "computer problems".
