#4 - Ellis Island $5 Matchplay on Placemat
This is not 100% accurate and might be select days of the week. But Ellis Island has a $5 matchplay on their placemats in their restaurant. There is no limit listed on the placemat, but they probably wouldn't allow you to use a bunch of them in one day. The only requirement is a players card.
An example place mat can be found here: Ellis Island Free Matchplay. Some users have actually printed it and have not had any problems using it. Your mileage may vary. (YMMV)
