Wow, it is a shock to see the Hard Rock Las Vegas on the Top 5 list twice in the same month. If you plan on taking advantage of this special, I would do so soon, we do not know how long it will last. The special is in the Coffee Shop. "All-You-Can-Eat Prime Rib" dinner for $9.99. Served with a baked potato and fresh seasonal veggies, the meal also comes with a side salad or cup of soup and you can have as much prime rib as you like. Not sure if you can have unlimited sides. It is not on the menu and you have to request it. The deal is available from 4:00 p.m.-4:00 a.m. daily.
